Email support@larkdating.com and tell us what happened. That address reaches a real person, and it is the fastest way to get anything about your account sorted out. We read every message and reply as quickly as we reasonably can.
So we can help on the first reply rather than the third: the email address on your Lark account, the phone or computer you were using, roughly when it happened, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot helps more than anything else. If a specific screen misbehaved, tell us which one.
If someone on Lark has made you uncomfortable, you can report or block them from their profile and from inside a chat, and you do not have to email anyone first. Reports go to us directly. If you would rather write to a person, use support@larkdating.com and say what happened. Our Safety Center has the full detail, including what we do with a report and the outside help available if you are in danger right now.
If you subscribed inside the iPhone or Android app, the subscription is managed by Apple or Google rather than by us, and cancellations and refunds go through them: on iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android, the Play Store app, your profile picture, Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep what you paid for until the period ends. If you were charged something you do not recognise, or the app is not giving you what you paid for, email support@larkdating.com and we will look into it with you.
You can delete your account from inside the app at Profile, Settings, Delete account. If you have already uninstalled Lark or cannot sign in, this page explains how to request deletion by email and exactly what is removed and what we are required to keep.
Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect and why, and how to ask for a copy of your data or have it corrected. Privacy requests go to privacy@larkdating.com, which is monitored separately from general support.
